First, we opened up the main floor, installing an airy white bespoke kitchen. Then our team added custom built-ins creating a charming, functional main floor space. Unique carpentry details like thick mouldings and a crafted built-in bay window finished the space for a growing family

CONCEPT, DIRECTION & DESIGN
Whether you're starting from scratch, or you have already received conceptual drawings & designs working with an architect or designer, we would be happy to sit down with you to discuss these early stages of your project. We can steer you in the direction of architect, if you do not have one and can share our knowledge from previous projects we have completed.

DRAWINGS & INITIAL PERMITS
Once you have your initial conceptual drawings, if need be, Milestone can help you in the permitting stages of your project. Ensuring all areas of your project are accurately captured and permitted is very important.

BUDGET & SCHEDULE
Once your project has been processed and your permit(s) have been released, Milestone has abundance of experience in gathering budgets and initial cost for projects. This is completed through trade walk-thru's of the space, and contacting suppliers for pricing. Milestone will submit a Bid Package for your project.
Milestone has experience completing projects in both a Stipulated Price Design & Build or with a Construction Management Approach.

If you decide to move ahead with Milestone,upon review of our submitted Bid Package, Milestone has the experience and knowledge and can handle contracts with all sub-trades chosen.
A contract will also be submitted, reviewed and signed between us and our client.

Milestone will construct your project per the project schedule provided, so you are aware of progress and timelines. Weekly updates, and communication is important to all of our team members and we are here to help answer any questions you have.
