Nestled in the community of Cliff Bungalow, this heritage home was renovated to turn their current covered back deck into a large kitchen with ample storage. Through the engineered structural beams, we carefully crafted a design to tie in an extension to the back of the home that alleviated the prior congestion of their small galley-style kitchen.  In addition to the main floor renovation we updated their master ensuite to create a soothing oasis, complete with a walk-in shower, heated floors and the reuse of the original claw foot tub
