Perched on a large corner lot in the South West neighbourhood of Palliser, this 70’s split-level was in need of a makeover. From top to bottom, this renovation was completed with well-appointed built-in’s including a coffee bar, kitchen cabinets, lower-level entertainment unit, fireplace mantels and a bespoke island that was expertly crafted to surround ducting and an awkward main-floor stack placement.
